1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard shipping options within the United States.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Built Male ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Issues
Built Male is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

6. Order Changes & Address Corrections
We are unable to change or update your shipping address once your order has been processed. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
